SHIPPING 

Receipts will be sent by email. Please let me know if you'd like a hard copy. Processing time is typically 2-3 business days. In rare instances with custom orders, holidays, or high volumes it may take up to 5 business days. 

Please allow up to ten business days, not including holidays or weekends, for shipment delivery once package has been given to the shipping agent.  Shipping delays once package is in the hands of the courier is out of the control of Oasis Makeup.  For extra security the buyer may want to purchase insurance. Please be patient and allow for extra delivery time if there any delays once the package has been transferred to the courier.

*INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:  

Delivery times are between 3-4 weeks.  Shipping costs do not include duty, tax, or brokerage fees, and the buyer will be responsible for those charges. Oasis Makeup does not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, fees, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the U.S. as these are specific to each destination country.  The buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country. If somehow the duties, tax, fees or any shipping import related costs are charged to Oasis Makeup, the buyer agrees that Oasis Makeup may bill the buyer's method of payment to recoup the costs. By placing an order, the buyer understands and agrees to these terms.  If there are issues or any concerns, please contact Jennifer at oasismakeupcs@gmail.com.
