Refund policy
NO RETURNS
All sales are final, non-returnable or exchangeable due to the nature of the goods sold. Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). If there are any issues with your order or general questions, please contact oasismakeupcs@gmail.com.
Refunds/Exchanges
Due to cosmetic nature of the items sold, exchanges are not available. However, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact Oasis Makeup within 2 days if the item is defective or damaged. Please send a picture or video of the item. Upon confirmation an exact item replacement will be shipped free of charge to the customer. If the exact item is not available, then customer may choose another item of equal or lesser value or receive a refund. Only then will a refund be applicable.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours. After that time, it is likely the order is being processed and inventory shifted.
